As it is not possible to cover all items in this Handbook, you are requested to check with your immediate supervisor or the HR Department if you have further questions/clarification. Anything not covered in this handbook will be subject to the provisions of the Singapore Employment Act. In the event of any inconsistency between your Employment Contract and any of the clauses herein, your employment contract will prevail.
