For Employees with Medical Allowance:

You will be entitled to Medical allowance of $25.00 per month after working for 3 months. No further reimbursement will be made for any medical bills incurred by the employee.

For Employees with MHC Card

Use the Card on authorised clinic. The Company will pay the consultation fee charged by the clinic.

If you fall sick during public holidays, annual leave, rest days or non-working days:

• • • You will not be eligible for paid sick leave on those days.

    • You will not be eligible to claim reimbursement for medical consultation fee.

The Company will not grant paid sick leave or reimburse medical consultation fees for cosmetic procedures. The doctor performing the examination will decide whether a procedure is for cosmetic reason.

Work Injury Compensation Insurance

The Company is required to buy work injury compensation insurance for:

• • • All employees doing manual work, regardless of salary level;

    • All employees doing non-manual work, earning a salary of S$2,600 or less a month, excluding any overtime payment, bonus payment, annual wage supplement, productivity incentive payment and any allowance
