Letter of Appointment
Every new employee hired by the Company will receive an Employment Contract stating the terms and conditions of employment in addition to those contained in this Handbook. All new non-Singaporean and/or non-permanent resident staff employed may be subject to the successful passing of a medical examination as required by the Authorities.
At the time of your arrival, you may have any of the following:
A laptop
Notes or Email Address
A set of Business cards
Keys for main door
Submission of documents, etc
On being employed, you will be required to submit documents, certificates, references, photographs and any other information as may be required by the Company.
Probationary Period
Your probationary period, unless otherwise stated in your letter of appointment, is normally 3 months. Such probationary period may be extended up to a further three months, if performance is unsatisfactory or if the three months have been insufficient for evaluation. During your probationary period, either you or the Company may terminate the employment relationship by giving two (2) calendar's weeks (6 days) notice, or the equivalent of two (2) calendar's week (12 days) salary in-lieu of notice.
You will be informed of the outcome of your probation before the end of your probationary period.
